An oral Report

• The Greeks lost their Linear B script during the Dark Ages after the Doric invasion.
• Many languages are based on Greek, which was based on Phoenician. (Latin, all Latin based languages, and Cyrillic)
• Many of the letters are very similar from Phoenician to Greek.
• The most similar is Taw/Tau
• =The Greeks changed the direction of writing from "right to left" to "left to right".
